EXPERT WITNESS
Todd Davis, with over 40 years of experience as an insurance agency owner and insurance instructor across the United States, has been retained for the past 18 years to serve as an Insurance Expert Witness in legal proceedings dealing with questions of agent legal obligations, fiduciary duties, and standards of care.
In over 20 cases, spanning 18 years, Todd has provided position papers, expert opinions, depositions, and trial testimony in legal cases in Illinois and Missouri dealing with questions related to professional standards, coverage questions, and agent/company negligence. Providing testimony and opinions both in support of and in opposition to insurance agents and companies, Todd has a proven record of integrity with attorneys and court jurisdictions.
Past cases in which Todd has been asked to opine or provide trial testimony have
included at least two cases heard before the Illinois Supreme Court.
